Firstly, diastrophic forces are all earth movements that uplifts or distorts the crust (landscape)
Effects include
*Folds e.g Alps mtn in Europe
*Faults e.g San Andreas fault in S.West USA
*Mountain building, e.g Himalaya(Tibetan plateau) caused by the collision of Indian subcontinent & Eurasia
*Rifting e.g East African rift where magma blistered & stretched along the crust causing it to break apart
*Ocean basins, e.g Antlatic ocean caused by sea floor spreading as S.American & African plate moved apart,
*Plateaus
*Deep Calderas
